By accessing and using karossti.com ("the Website") or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Our Service

  • Yiwu Jazair Limited, trading as Karossti, provides B2B vehicle sourcing and trading services.
  • We act as a sourcing and trading intermediary between Chinese manufacturers and suppliers and our business customers.
  • Our service is intended for business-to-business (B2B) customers, including traders, dealers and companies.
  • Vehicle prices displayed in Algerian Dinar (DZD) are for reference only. Binding prices are stated in the written quotation issued for each order.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to confirm an order and begin sourcing.
  • The balance is due before shipping. Goods are not dispatched until the full balance has been received and cleared.
  • The applicable deposit amount, balance and payment deadline are stated in the written quotation and order confirmation.
  • All orders are invoiced by Yiwu Jazair Limited, Hong Kong.
  • Bank charges, transfer fees and currency conversion costs are borne by the customer.

3. Orders & Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation by Yiwu Jazair Limited.
  • An order is binding once we issue the order confirmation and the deposit has been received.
  • Vehicle specifications, colour and model year are supplied as confirmed by the manufacturer or supplier at the time of order.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to shipping schedules, customs processing or other logistical factors.
  • We arrange shipping and provide the required commercial documentation and tracking information where available.
  • Risk passes to the customer in accordance with the delivery term (Incoterm) agreed in the order confirmation.

5. Liability & Import Compliance

  • We source vehicles. The customer is responsible for import compliance.
  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered vehicles may lawfully be imported into and registered in the destination country, including compliance with vehicle age limits, emission and homologation standards, licensing and any required import authorisations.
  • All import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and local registration fees in the destination country are payable by the customer.
  • Yiwu Jazair Limited is not liable for refusal of entry, seizure, penalties, storage charges or registration refusal by the authorities of the destination country.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific transaction in question.

6. Inspection & Warranties

  • Every vehicle is inspected before shipping and an inspection report is provided to the customer.
  • The customer must inspect the vehicle before shipping, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply where available. We are not the manufacturer and provide no additional warranty beyond the agreed specification.

7. Refunds & Returns

Deposits, refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Yiwu Jazair Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to These Terms

Yiwu Jazair Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
